Transfers can easily be booked direct on a trade website with login and password facilities. However, when Travel Trade staff need answers to questions or advice we are just a phone call away - not through a call centre but direct to experienced management and staff with a vast knowledge of the three islands.

When transfer modifications need to be made, up to 24hrs before arrival date, we offer a flexible no hassle way of doing so, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, either on the website or by phone call / fax to one of our travel trade department offices.

All travel trade transfer clients are provided with a 24 hr contact telephone number when in Majorca, Menorca and Ibiza.

Our company, European Airport Transfers.SL, is licensed by the Balearic Tourism Council and full members of AVIBA (Spanish equivalent of UK ABTA) showing we take the business of passenger airport transfers very seriously.

We will meet your holiday clients at our customer reception office in airport arrivals halls, or as they exit baggage collection areas with a greeting sign displaying your company name / logo and clients name.

You would be suprised at the number of people who have their start and end of the holidays ruined due to problems with transfers. We have all too many arriving passengers with pre paid airport transfers, arranged with other transfers companies come to our airport offices asking for help when a driver with their name on a piece of paper cant be found. Unfortunately, very often they have to pay out again for taxis to get them to their destination.

Some Holiday clients travelling to private villas, apartments, fincas and boats arrive with basic directions in English. Stories abound about people being dropped with their suitcases in the nearest resort when taxi drivers give up trying to find locations when they cant understand the directions.

For the Villa / apartment rental companies that we work with, we keep on record full location details/maps of all properties translated into Spanish for our drivers, thus ensuring their clients are taken to and collected from locations with no problems. Nothing is left to chance.

With a large fleet of around 400 modern, clean, air conditioned transfer vehicles including large cars/ people carriers, minibuses, minicoaches and coaches up to twin deck 75 seaters, the great majority of problems such as flight delays, bad weather, road hold ups, etc, can be sorted by re routing vehicles. Transfer companies with a small fleet of vehicles just pray a lot.

Price is obviously an important factor when selling a service and our airport transfer service prices are competitive. You will see other transfer companies charging much higher prices than ours and some offering lower prices. However, especially those offering lower prices are often the ones that are not waiting for arriving clients.

Once your company is registered with us a net trade price list will be sent, allowing you to set your own retail transfer prices in whichever currency you prefer.

We also provide a private excursion service for inland trips and arrange tickets to attractions / venues. In fact, whatever transfer service your clients require we can provide it.
